ovulation or implantation bleeding?

Hi can someone please help , I started my period FEB 1st and ended the 7th , and now I'm spotting yesterday the 19th and today the 20th both times are super light, only when I use the restroom and wipe I notice I spotted, and I've also had unprotected sex 3 time from after my period and used the pullout method , any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, thanks ! 😊
