I am on the last day on my period and had sex this morning without protection or pulling out. Is It possible to get pregnant when on your period?

Answer

Depending on when you ovulate, it is possible. I personally have long periods. My husband and I have unprotected sex until about day 12 or 13 because I usually ovulate around day 24. Then my period comes around day 38. My periods usually go longer though, never shorter. After I know I've ovulated, we have unprotected sex again. We only use condoms during that window from day 12-whenever I ovulate. I just had a chemical pregnancy/early miscarriage though because I ovulated on Day 6 for some reason. First time ever.

Everybody is different though. If you don't want to be pregnant, I use protection next time just to be safe.

From what I understand, VERY slim. :-/ You won't even ovulate for quite a few days and sperm don't live that long.
