Pregnancy "Bacne" (back acne) help?!

My back is breaking out something fierce for weeks. I know we're not supposed to use many of the usual stuff for acne (my go to before pregnancy would have been salicylic acid or an anti-aging cream with retinol) so what - if anything - can be done to fight the pimples on my back?? I was breaking out on my face too but that has started to clear up, back is still in full force.
