Discharge

Hey ladies! So I'm 39 weeks pregnant and just went to the restroom for a BM. Before changing my panty liner, I noticed an unusually thick discharge. I then noticed it in the toilet and in my lady area. It was almost like a cottage cheese texture. I know that would usually indicate an infection, but im having no other symptoms. Could this be something else? Sign of labor? I have a mid wife appt I'm the morning, but I was curious to if anyone else has experienced this.
