Vaccines

Ran across an article about a little one dying at 4 months of age possibly due to having 7 vaccine shots at once. What are your thoughts about how many at a time is enough? Best to spread them out. & which ones? My babygirl turned 2 months on the 10th of this month & at her 2 month checkup she received 6 vaccines. 3 needle shots total. Is this okay? Or should I have spaced them out. Any advice would be so helpful on this topic!
