real talk about sperm
Okay, so probably the dumbest question ever (I know. No such thing as dumb questions. I'm actually a teacher so I use this phrase constantly!). What happens to the sperm waiting in the Fallopian tubes for an egg? So they miss the egg or fail to fertilize... What happens to them after they die? Where do they go? I know they're minuscule. But do they get moved down (just like the egg gets pushed down) to the uterus where they just sit until the next menstrual cycle?
I swear, I have too much time on my hands. Apparently.
