I need help please

My boyfriend recently broke up with me, 4 days after our 4 month anniversary, he was the love of my life, he was my first kiss, he took my virginity and I took his. He said that he can't do relationships and he tried very hard with me, and that if he were to get with anyone he'd come back to me, but I recently had a fight with him and it was bad, but we made up, idk if he'll come back to me now and I really love him and it's been really hard to get over him, I don't wanna eat, I just wanna sleep all day. I have school with him and he's bringing me all my things tomorrow but I don't want them, I want him. I haven't stopped crying, it's 3 in the morning.
