fertility ritual

Has anyone ever heard of a fertility ritual? Thoughts on this? I'm almost 27 and my obgyn is saying that I am yet still young, but on the contrary I'll most likely be at high risk pregnancy by the age of 30. She told me to think about freezing my eggs. They aren't really helping me with fertility treatments. Any honest opinion is relevant and needed. Thanks! 💋
