Boob hurt

I just wanted to ask. If boobs are groped or pressed or rubbed for the first time or after a long period of no touch then is a light sensation of pain experienced for some days on the boobs. Also if you bend down at those times then the pain sensation becomes a bit strong. Also the pain becomes strong if you press a little. But it's not unbearable.

Because I'm feeling it. Just want to know whether it's normal?
