WHAT'S GOING ON ?! HELP ME PLSS !

I've been noticing for the past week that I might be pregnant. So here's how it started off, I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on my fertile window(he did not cum inside that I know of) but I started spotting 2 days ago and it only lasted 2 days. I'll instert a picture of how it looks. But I also have been having cramps along with back pain, and I've also been noticing I'm super sleepy lately and I got nauseous when I smelled a certain thing(can't remember) and usually I love that smell. I took a pregnancy test yesterday around 4pm and it came back negative but my af is due on Saturday, was it too early to test? Do you think I should test again ? Please help me, thank you 💓💓
