Cysts during pregnancy

I recently had my first ultrasound. The ultrasound tech told me that i have Corpus Luteal Cysts. She said they are normal but most people dont even know that have them. She said i will experience cramping and so on. Well all day today and yesterday i have been cramping on both sides and down to my vagina. Have any of you had these cysts? If so what can i expect? Its very alarming to me to be cramping.
