do I have endometriosis please help

My name is Leah and I am 23 I have been dealing with pcos for about 5 years and I have had 3 surgeries. The most recent one was in September of last year and I had my right ovary and tube removed. My periods have always been super painful and sex is also painful. After the surgery the pain during sex hasn't gone away and my periods are so painful it feels like I'm having a miscarriage. Like I get hot cold shivering and nauseous. These are symptoms for endometriosis also the last period I had last week started with just dark brown blood for a whole day which isn't normal for me. I looked it up its another sign of endo. Please let me know if you have had this or what you think it might be thanks.
