pregnant....maybe?

So I Miscarried on New Year's eve and was confirmed a week later. and took a test some time at the beginning of February. It came back negative. But yesterday I stopped at Walmart and bought a pregnancy test and I was going to take it at work but decided not to. Then later that day when I got home I took it and it did come back positive. It was faint but I could clearly see it. I haven't yet to tell my husband, I'm thinking I should just wait another week and retake a test and if it comes back positive I can then make an appointment with my doctor. I'm scared to get my hopes up.
