Am I in the wrong?

I live with my bf and his parents and his sister is staying with us also because of problems with her husband. She has two kids, a 4 and 2 year old, who live here. Her two year old had a fever today and the other has a cough. I am 36 weeks pregnant and now I feel like I'm coming down with something. Not only is my blood pressure higher but I'm flush (red) in the face, sweaty, and feel swollen in hands feet and oddly my brain too. It's like my brain hurts. I don't have a fever but I don't feel good at all. I'm very lethargic and slept all day today. Anyways, my boyfriend asked if she could keep the kids away from me because I may be coming down with whatever the kids have. I called the ER and the physician said if I do get a persistent fever, it may call for early delivery (how true is this? Is a fever really a reason to be induced?). My bf told his sister what the dr said and he said she just rolled her eyes and told him I'm overreacting. Am I? Idc if I'M sick, I care if it affects my baby. Annoyingly enough she moved in after we did knowing we are expecting a baby but I can't say much else . Do you think I'm in the wrong? Also, is a fever a legitimate worry? His sister makes me seem like I'm being dramatic?
