Fertility specialist

Is doctor says everything looks good then everything is good right? We just started seeing him and I had my ultrasound today to heck ovaries and uterus. He said everything is good. He said uterine lining is excellent. And my egg will release from my left ovary tonight or tomorrow. And for some reason I'm second guessing it and will tell us all the if I after all testing. Am I being insane?!
