First round of Clomid not successful

So me and SO have been together almost 4 years. We have been TTC FOR 2 of those 4 years with no luck. Doctors can't find any explanation why we have not gotten pregnant. I have 2 children that are 13 and 12 and he has a 16 yr old daughter. Last month was my first round of clomid that I took days 3-7. Just got Af today and I'm so beyond depressed. I'm going to be 30 in a week and just feel like my time is slipping away. I have one more round before my gynecologist wants to do surgery and then send me to a specialist. I guess I just need some uplift because I wants this so bad and I just can't see the light at the end of the tunnel right now. Thanks lady's
