tad bit confused 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had a miscarriage at 4 weeks on 1-8 bleeding stopped 1-15. I started light spotting mostly brownish-pinkish on 2-16 lasting 3 days. Today i noticed clear liquid coming from my nipples. I tested on 2-12 and it was bfn. Could i be pregnant again? Tia
