Yesterday we found out we're having...

A little girl!!

Naturally I wanted a girl, hubby wanted a boy! We were told wrong information about what our appointment entailed yesterday morning and were under the impression we would find out the sex! I am 17 weeks but my doctor refused to do an ultra sound until our gender scan at 20-21 weeks. Well, since this had been appointment number 2 that they gave us wrong information we were pretty irritated, so we scheduled an ultrasound at a private company called My First Peekaboo.

It was a beautiful little office with dimmed lights and a big screen tv and soft lullabies playing. Baby would not move! Hands up over the face and umbilical cord between the legs (giving daddy false hope it was a boy!!). It wasn't until after a bathroom break, rolling across the floor like a burrito and walking up and down 4 flights of stairs 3 times while pelvic thrusting that she turned over!! Success!!! Tech said it's a girl, no question! Say hello to baby Charlotte Ann <3
