Menstrual cycle orrr..???

Okay ladies, i am about 13 days from when i had my baby girl, i had her vaginally, and i had a slight tear, nothing major at all. I had the bleeding like i knew i would for about a week and a few days then it stopped pretty much. Well i just went to the restroom to find myself bleeding again, is this normal? Is it my period starting back up or should i be concerned?
