Sciatica pain?

Anyone experiencing extreme nerve pain in their hips already? My job requires me to be on my feet for 8 hours straight and its becoming very difficult for me. I find that anything more than 3-4 hours i begin to experience extreme pain in my right hip that shoota down my leg and sometimes up my back to the point i almost drop to the floor and can hardly walk. I have had issues with my hip since I was about 7 months pregnant with my first child but only being 3.5 months with this baby, im concerned what i will be dealinv with farther along or even after my pregnancy. Should this be a concern for me?
