Help!
Does anyone happen to know of any natural home remedies for a sore throats, cold/flu symptoms? I'm 17wks pregnant tomorrow so I'm trying my best to avoid all the medication as long as possible but I know if it gets worse I'll have to take something. My doctor won't allow me to have honey. & the whole tea with lemon thing never worked for me. Thanks 😊 & Happy Friday!
