Did Clomid work for you? What were you side effects?

I just had my left tube unblocked yesterday during my HSG, we discussed prior Metformin. Now they said next cycle we start Clomid... so my question is. What's the side effects? What's your story on it?? I have PCOS don't ovulate, excess hair, good blood results, tubes are clear now, little over weight (been losing). Lmk

I found out I was pregnant after my 4th round of Clomid 100mg. Personally, I was miserable while taking Clomid and I told myself that if the 4th round didn't work, we could take a break from it and try again later. I was super sensitive and hormonal, so if I wasn't crying over nothing I was upset about something else. However, I'm happy to say that I'm currently 18 weeks with twins.

6 rounds 150 MG & 850mg metiforin.  3 rounds 100mg & 1700mg metiforin.  Hot flashes took it at night, very emotional.  Totally worth it.

We had 3 failed rounds. Got pregnant naturally the month after the 3rd round. Only side effect I had was migraine the first round only.

I just did my first round of clomid (waiting for af) and have one blocked tube (due wouldn't ever go through). Hoping it works this month!

We're 21 weeks with our clomid baby (150 mg, second cycle)! The primary side effects for me were hot flashes, constipation, and ovulation pain. I didn't mind the ovulation pain since it at least let me know what was happening. Best wishes and baby dust to you!

Horrible side effects. Horrible drug, as it thins your uterine lining! I did 3 months of it and regret it terribly.
