my mom gets mad at me for being crabby

My mom gets upset with me for being crabby and tired all the time when she's the exact same way. She doesn't seem to understand its because I'm a teenager. Every time I try and tell her how I feel(about being crabby along with other things) that she shuts me up and doesn't even care what I have to say. She also gets mad when I go tell someone else like my grandma. This has been happening for a while now and I'm sick of it, should I do?!
