Disgusted In Myself

Over my high school career, I'm currently 18, I gained roughly 60 pounds. This is outrageous and disgusting. The past two years I have started getting stretch marks on my thighs ( before that they were only on my hips and breasts). This year a couple stretch marks have morphed into a huge section on both my inner thighs. They are also now on my low back and but. I find them hideous. I have an anxiety disorder, OCD, and BDD. So I'm not sure how disgusting they are to others. I currently use bio oil and try to moisturize like crazy. Any tips on how to stop the stretch mark progression? Or at least hate them a little less? I know part of my issue is that I have almost every criteria for stretch marks besides horrendous weight gain: pale sensitive skin, easy scarring, severe eczema (and use of subsequent prescribed steroid creams), and heredity...but mine are still hideous! The weight is bad enough but these scars are horrifying!! Any thoughts?
