Weird feeling in my arm

Hi! I'm 19 years old c: I have pains in my arms where the only way they ease up is if i have somebody squish my arms tightly. Its mostly in my wrists and hands and it hurts a lot maybe a 6 or 7 from 1-10 . I was wondering if anybody else goes through this ? Or if somebody might have some suggestions on what could be happening? Its really common maybe a few times a day , sometimes only once. Lately theres also been really sharp pains on my elbows just randomly , not too common but they happen
