I understand it can hurt because it feels like he may have wanted to dream about having sex with someone else. But it's highly unlikely. You can't always control your dreams. 
I had a dream, not long ago, that I had sex with one of my husband's friends. It was so weird and I woke up really grossed out. I like his friend enough to tolerate him, but I do NOT like him in that manner. I have ZERO desire for him, yet I had a dream we had sex.

No, I don't think it's a big deal. Of course that is fine that you feel that way, we can't always help how we feel. But I have dreams about other guys and he has dreams about other girls and we are totally fine lol

Nope. I know my brain goes all sorts of crazy directions in dreams. How would you feel if he got all weird about you having a dream where maybe you kissed a guy or had an actual sex dream about another guy, but you told him because you knew it was ridiculous and you would never go for it?
