U produce colestrum while pregnant.  That can start as soon as second trimester.
Milk usually comes in within 48 hrs of birth.
I actually did not have any milk until 2 weeks after my daughter was born

I didn't produce anything with my first til after he was born. With this one, I'm producing trace amounts and I'm 29 weeks.
