Preterm labor risk = early delivery?

Question

Was anyone diagnosed with preterm labor or risk of preterm labor and went to their due date? I was diagnosed with a risk at 33 weeks and they told me hope for at least two more weeks so I'm just curious what other stories are. If it matters my son was only a little early at 38 weeks.

My friend went into preterm labor at 29 weeks. She was on modified bedrest, so could still move around, just nothing vigorous. She ended up having to be induced because the little man decided he didn't want to come out...lol. She delivered a few days over 40 weeks!! Hang in there, it can be done:)

My fibronectin was positive, I'm still not sure what that means

I went in to preterm labor at 33w6d. They stopped contractions. Was induced at 40w1d.

Had preterm contractions at 30 weeks, was dilated, they stopped them and gave me steroids. My fibronectin test was negative though. Had him at 39w4d.

I did with my second I was due March 21st and had him March 20th. Had contractions that would change my cervix from 28 wks on

Following...I'm at risk for preterm labor and I've been so curious too. I'm 28 weeks so I always feel like it could happen anyway though I know the chance for me isn't super super high.
