Wonder if you're still pregnant?

I'm 10 weeks pregnant with my first and I wonder if I'm still pregnant. Am I alone in this? The other day, i experienced some cramping which only lasted about 30 seconds, but no bleeding. I worry my baby's not doing okay. My next appointment is March 6th, but I don't wanna wait!! Can any of u ladies tell me I'm NOT crazy please!! But don't tell me I'm not crazy just to "please me", tell me the honest truth. Thanks loves! 💞
