Fever with flu, Can I still breastfeed?

I'm currently fighting a fever 🤒  Having runny nose and sore throat. Body aches.
My question is, can I still breastfeed my son? Everyone in my family is telling me not too, because I can pass my 2 month old my sickness 😕

I have no idea what to do.
He usually co-sleeps with me as well. 😞

Nurse away. Baby will already be exposed to what you have. Your breast milk will pass on antibodies that your body is already making to fight it off for you. It's better to breastfeed.

My doctor said that even if I get sick that I can, and should still breastfeed.  I think the only time to worry is if you're taking medicine that can make them sick. I would just double check with your doctor.

Yes continue to breastfeed!! Baby needs all the antibodies you are making to help him not get sick. Just wash your hands really good and when your breastfeeding don't cough or sneeze on him.
