Let me know how they feel etc... I'm on my two week wait post IUI and have tummy pains.. really hoping it's implantation and not bad news...
have you had them? How long do they last? What do they feel Like in comparison to period pains?
Four and a half years of trying and it's putting a massive strain on my marriage... can't face this not working...
