Feedback on Fertility injections

Hello ladies, I have a question I just started going to a fertility doctor to see why I haven't gotten pregnant. They checked my bf first and his little swimmers are good. So I have been going to the doctor for bloodwork, sonograms and fertility injections. I ovulated on Monday according to my Dr, and had "relations" (as my doctor says) Monday night and Tuesday night. My question is has anyone done this and it worked the first time??? I'm very nervous, I have to go back to the doctor on Tuesday to check my progesterone. Please give me feedback.
