spotting,cramps, soreness--- what does it mean

Hi... I am new to this community. My DH and I have been TTC for two months now. I think I am around DPO 5. My breasts have been sore for two days now with mild lower abdominal cramping on and off, today there was some light ... very light spotting. A BFN on my tests though. I am still about a week out from AF's visit. This is our first time TTC so no clue what's happening. Anyone has similar experience? Or someone tell me what it could possibly mean
