professional hackers.

So I emailed a professional hacking company the other day about helping me hack into someone's phone. They emailed me back and I gave them the info they needed. They told me they would install a Trojan remotely and gave me a list of features and such. So I emailed them back asking if I needed to do anything or what to download and they never answered back... so I was wondering if you guys know what I should do or what I have to do?
