does anyone else lose this much hair after brushing your hair after a shower? is it normal?

I have VERY thick curly hair and after I take a shower I brush it and there's always this much hair in the hairbrush after brushing it. Also, I wash my hair every 4 days.  Is that normal to have that much hair in the hairbrush? Does anyone else?

It's normal if that's what you typically lose. If it's more than usual for you than that's not normal and I'd be checking thyroid/iron levels etc

Yes...especially since curls trap shed hairs until u brush

Yep that's how much I usually comb out too! And I have naturally curly & thick hair.

On average u lose about 40-100 hairs a day. If you dont brush everyday, on the day you do brush, it will look like a lot has came out but really it came out over those days you didnt brush.
