favorite grandchild

If you're one of few grandchildren do your grandparents have a favorite? On my dads side it's always been My cousin and I. We're only two years apart. A few years ago my uncle had another daughter so just 3 granddaughters. We all live in different states so don't see each other but once a year and Most of the time I don't even get to see her once a year. Anyways I've always known my grandparents favors my cousin over me. It seems they'd do more things with her, when I'd visit they took time off to spend with her but not me. I still remember when we were all together and my grandma bawled her eyes out when we took her to the airport but when they took me she didn't cry at all. Today I'm down here visiting with my dad for a few days and they left to go see her because she's leaving for basic in a few days so I get that and they plan on seeing me in July when I have my baby. It just made me laugh because she said sorry it didn't work out that they couldn't be here and they're not picking favorites it's just they wanted to see her before since they won't get to for a long time after and again since they're going to see me this summer. I said it was fine because it is. But my dad and I were talking about it and I told him that and he said my stepmom gets mad because she knows they favor her over me and I guess my grandma calls my cousin and talks to her all the time but she never calls me. And even my dad sees that she's favored. It bothers me a little but I also don't really care anymore either. I just laugh about it. Anyone else's grandparents favor your one of your cousins or siblings?
