So I'm thirteen and I bleed through a super plus tampon in 3 hours so I'm always running to the bathroom and I have SEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR PMS it's like the worst ever I'll lay on the floor and bawl for hours due to cramps, and everything pisses me off and I cry every two seconds I get bullied so often for it. I am on birth control and have tried many but it not any better the PMS the flow, nothing. I need a break!!!! I can't even go out and have fun! Did I mention my period lasts 8 days! Fun and I've had multiple doctors visits and they tell me to suck it up it's menstration. Someone help?!?!

PMS contrary to popular belief, is a week before you start bleeding. That's why it's *pre*menstrual. Just a bit of information. A lot of grown adults don't even know this but yeah, you're perfectly fine and normal. If it's too much to handle you can always go on birth control if you ever decide that's what you want! It's normal even if you aren't sexually active for a long time. A lot of young girls do it

It's normal. 
My periods have always been really heavy. Even at 12-13. I bleed through a super tampon in about 30min the first couple days of my period.

I also had horrible cramps. I stayed home a lot because it literally felt like my organs were being ripped out and I couldn't move. I layed on the fooor in the fetal position for hours because it even hurt too much to stand up and get back in bed.

I had a million tests done and the only thing they found were ovarian cysts. I just had to get over it.

You could try birth control if you haven't already. It can help regulate your period, and it can sometimes help with cramps and heavy bleeding. Just make sure you bring up those symptoms specifically with your doctor because some birth controls help better than others and you want to make sure you get one for that.
