who doesn't love PIERCINGS!!

So I have 5 piercings on my left ear . One nose piercing on my left side , nipple piercings & a belly piercing . ALL ( every single one ) has a piercing pimple 😓 the one on my belly went away but left a dark mark . And all the rest of them still have a pimple . The nipples come & go . I have sea salt but get soooo lazy . I'd do it for 3 days & stop . I made a solution with tea tree oil , sea salt & water . I started to spray them twice , two times a day . Should that help ???? Any other suggestions..??? These pics aren't me ( obvi ) but this is exactly what my problem looks like 🙄
