to skinny for my liking
I'm 100 pounds and 5'2 5'3 ish and 20 years old . I'm really skinny and I know most people will be like you complaint about being skinny but I'm not at the weight I want to be a still look like a little kid and it doesn't look healthy . Through out middle school and high school I was very active I did soccer and compete every cheer so I was always tiny . When I was a senior I was 115 and then next year I lost 10 pounds and now I'm not cheering at all and I'm 100 and I don't really like it . I want to at least get back to 115 I tried working out everyday but I'm just loosing weight , do you know any ways to gain weight , and please don't say eat bc I do eat a lot already , like are there any things to eat or things I can do
