PCOS problems

I'm 26 years old my husband and I got off the depo shot last July, I have a history of PCOS so I knew conceiving wasn't going to be easy 😒 I didn't get a period until October, but since then I got one every month except this month I missed my period, im now on cycle day 43... I'm having NO symptoms of pregnancy OR getting my period. I tested 2/19/17 urine and blood test (went to the ER) both were negative. The only weird things going on is 1.) I missed my period obviously lol 2.) I have a dull aching in my right lower abdomen that won't seem to go away, 3.) I noticed my nose has been runny a lot no congestion just like water dripping. I'm ready to pull my hair out! Help!
