Sick !!

I'm sick my throat hurts so bad and I have a headache it's been 3 days I've taken Tylenol 2 times its not helping, I made a lemon and honey tea, and a chamomile tea too seems like nothing is helping.. any suggestions what to take ?? 😷😷
