No sex drive. 4 months postpartum

I have been with my partner for 4 years and our sex life used to be amazing. Then I became pregnant and I have no sex drive at all. My baby is now 4 months old and it hasnt come back. We didnt have sex for the first 6 weeks after he was born due to me having a c section and me going onto the pill. I am also breastfeeding. My partner yesterday made comments how i no longer hug and kiss him which tbh i didnt even notice. But i also dont feel like being cuddly as it usually leads to sex which i dont want atm. I havent told him about my sex drive, not sure why, anyone else experience this and did it come back?
