Ladies Please Help Me!

Hello ladies! I need some opinions please! I have a 33 day cycle. My last period started Feb. 3 2017. I think I ovulated Feb. 22 2017. My expected period is Mar. 8 2017. I felt a twinge/pulling at 9/10 dpo followed by very dull cramps on my lower left abdomen. The twinge was less than 10 seconds and the dull cramps lasted for about 2-3 mins. I haven't had any other signs or symptoms. Could the twinge be implantation? Also, no sign of AF!! Slight increase in CM but nothing out of the ordinary. I  usually spot either the day before AF or two days before, and nothing so far!! Opinions? Opinions? PLEASE!!! I am trying for my rainbow baby! I suffered from a miscarriage 7 months ago😒
