Advice please!

So my boyfriend and I were fooling around this weekend (fully clothed) and he was totally aroused but we didn't wanna do anything since he didn't have a condom.. when he came back later that night with one, we started fooling around and I was down to just my underwear so pretty much naked and he wasn't really aroused at all. It made me feel so self conscious then that he doesn't find me attractive without clothes on and just made me so mich more insecure about my body. Any insight would be appreciated. I've just kinda been in this sad slump since then 😔
