Thoughts Needed: Clear blue advanced OPKs and BDing 😉
This is my first time using clear blue advanced OPKs for a full cycle. Today I finally got my first flashing smiley and my BBT dropped .5 degrees.
My question: How long is too long to wait to have BD after getting the first flashing smiley? Also, how often does it have to be? Should we BD every day up until I get low fertility again?
My husband and I tried BDing this morning but we were rushing for work and the pressure just totally killed the mood 👎🏼
