if I didn't know better .....

If I didn't know better I would think I was pregnant but I just had a miscarriage recently almost two weeks and just started back to being sexually active with my husband. I had the surgical procedure and this morning I woke up and felt extremely sick like I did when I was pregnant. It honestly made me so sad and hurt so much. I then made the mistake of taking a test to see if the miscarriage pregnancy hormones were out of my body and nope it's positive and bold so still having those hormones. But I've not been nauseous etc immediately after procedure for almost two weeks why am I sick now? And I wasn't hurting or feeling bad after sex. And I'm already on antibiotics so it can't be a uti or infection I'm antibiotics for that currently. Ugh I just want this done with and try for a real positive that's actually positive not just due to hormones.
