ovulation testing, ttc

Hey y'all, I'm trying to conceive and yesterday I took an ovulation test and both lines were equal in color and then this morning the test T line was darker that the control C line. I read that when the t is darker than the c then you are ovulating. But also if both are the same, you're ovulating too! But the directions said, for either, you only have 24 to 36 hours from the time of test to conceive. Which one do I go off of? The equal test or the one with test line T darker? I'm just trying to see my time line I have! Thanks!!! Below is pic of yesterday's, can't find the one I took of this mornings!
