vomiting stomach acid and blood at 32weeks pregnant. I woke up and went to do my thing in the bathroom as I was standing there I noticed that there was little bits of blood while I was vomiting stomach acid. Is this normal could it be because of my esophageal disease ? (GERD)

I have always vomited but never noticed blood this is the first time. It's not a lot of blood just pieces. Blood was not red but a brownish color ..
