Help me im so confused

I took femera 5 mg Days 3-7 in February I'm late with my period 7 days I did have a little spotting g brownish color with a little tinge of pink my only symptoms are tired alot headaches everyday and been real emotional which is odd for me I'm just wondering what u think could be going I know femera sometimes will make ur cycle late any suggestions or help would be appreciated
