TMI!!!!!! You Were Warned - Weird Brown Glob From Vagina **UPDATE**

So, a friend sent me a picture this morning extremely upset, scared, and concerned (for good reason) asking me what this is or means or could be and if I could ask my sister (she is in her last year of nursing school) and so I did, my sister didn't know but we both thought she should get in with her doctor immediately or go to the ER & take it with her. She is waiting in the ER as I type this but is looking at another two hours before she is seen so I wanted to post this to maybe give her some insight to what it could be so she stops driving herself insane and panicking until she finds out.
